    Yes, ShayRoBeautyCo human hair wigs are dye friendly, and can be dyed or toned by a professional colorists to get an exact match to your natural hair color.
  • CAN YOU WET YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS?
    Yes.
  • CAN I USE HEAT STYLING TOOLS ON THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?
    Yes. Just like your natural hair, ShayRoBeautyCo human hair wigs can be blow-dried, curled and straightened. To maintain, protect and extend the lifespan of the hair extensions, we recommend you use the a heat protectant spray, prior to heat styling.
  • WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I PURCHASE?
    There are many factors to consider when selecting your desired length of hair extensions: natural hair length, desired hair style and height. For example, 20 inch hair extensions may appear shorter on someone who is 5 ft. 8 inches tall in comparison to someone who is 5 ft. 3 inches tall.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $10, with packages being delivered in 7-9 business days.
  • DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
    No, unfortunately we do not offer express shipping at this time.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status.
